Refunds Policy / 退款政策

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
因个人原因申请取消退款，遵循以下规则：

* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
　会议前60天及以上：退款70%

* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
　会议前30-60天：退款50%

* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund
　会议前30天内：退款30%

* After conference: no refund
　会议结束后：不予退款

Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.
取消与退款申请必须通过邮件正式提交。

The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liable and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
因不可抗力导致会议调整，组委会不承担损失，不适用退款。

Academic Ethics / 学术诚信

ERSGIT 2026 has zero intolerance for plagiarism. Submitted papers are expected to contain original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper, and scholarly citations to the work of others.
ERSGIT 2026对抄袭零容忍，投稿论文必须为原创工作，并正确引用他人成果。

If the author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:
如发现作者存在抄袭行为，将采取以下处罚措施：

1. Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
　拒绝录用或从最终出版物中删除文章。

2. Report the authors' violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s).
　向作者导师及所属单位通报违规行为。

3. Report the authors' violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
　向学术伦理监督机构及科研资助部门通报。

4. Reserve the right to publish the authors' name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist.
　保留公布抄袭者姓名、文章标题、单位及违规细节的权利。
